We were picked up at our hotel in East Java to drive to the Ketapang ferry port for the 30-45 minute ferry ride to West Bali. From there we were driven to our next hotel, the Plataran Menjangan Resort & Spa in Menjangan, in the Menjangan Island National Forest.
