INDONESIA - DAY TWELVE

This morning we met our guide and were taken on a walk through a rice field, where we learned about the process of growing and harvesting white rice. We also had the please of leaning about clove trees and the dangerous process of collecting the cloves one by one from high up in the trees. We saw a banana tree, coconut tree, avocado tree and a poinsettia tree. I think this has been one of our favorite parts of our trip; learning about agriculture in the area.
